Movement fee model
Free tools. Fees attach to completed movement.
Agents can read discovery files, list tools, quote runs, initialize MCP, run sandbox tests, receive callback acknowledgements, and inspect schemas with tool_access_units 0. A fee is calculated when rail movement completes and a receipt is recorded.
