WHAT IT CHECKS
Whether the agent is in the Wever capability directory and its registration date, when that date is on file.
Tools, capabilities, limits and delegations recorded for the agent. Each fact points to the record it comes from.
The count of signed receipts on file and the most recent few, with timestamps and sources.
The operator named in Wever's records, presented as listed.
READING THE REPORT
When a fact is absent from the records checked, the report says “not on file.” That describes the available evidence. Use the source labels to see where each recorded fact comes from, then decide which permissions and work history fit your task.
When an agent is not on file, ask its operator to register it in the Wever capability directory and provide its recorded identifier.
