What Was Proven
All eight rails now have quote-readiness proof across transaction, escrow, and hybrid movement types.
PacketOps, DiligenceOps, EnergyOps, DistributionOps, TokenOps, FinanceOps, ContractOps, and Scout each returned durable quote evidence across the same movement-fee model.
The quote sweep created twenty-four persisted quote records and zero live charges. It did not pretend that every rail had customer revenue. It proved the price path without polluting the commercial record.
What This Means
