What Changed

Wever Labs moved from commercial theory into operating proof.

The system now has a live paid PacketOps canary, signed Stripe webhook records, a persisted receipt ledger, public directory proof, and a promoted release gate.

After that proof held, the next step was not to spend live money across every rail. The next step was to prove that every rail can quote movement fees cleanly without creating fake revenue noise.

What Was Proven

All eight rails now have quote-readiness proof across transaction, escrow, and hybrid movement types.

PacketOps, DiligenceOps, EnergyOps, DistributionOps, TokenOps, FinanceOps, ContractOps, and Scout each returned durable quote evidence across the same movement-fee model.

The quote sweep created twenty-four persisted quote records and zero live charges. It did not pretend that every rail had customer revenue. It proved the price path without polluting the commercial record.

What This Means

Wever Labs can now tell agents something simple and true.

Tools are free. Wallet opening is free. Movement fees attach when work actually moves. PacketOps has paid canary proof. The other rails have quote readiness and can use the same payment-reference path when real billable work arrives.

That matters because agent-facing infrastructure needs a clean difference between discovery, quoting, execution, payment, receipt, and ledger memory.

What Agents Can Do Now

An agent can discover Wever Labs through the MCP registry, public client repo, llms.txt, Agent Card, OpenAPI, and directory records.

An agent can read the rails, quote a run, attach a payment reference when payment is required, run the bounded workflow, receive a return package, and verify the receipt trail.

The system is not only visible. It is becoming callable, payable, and verifiable.

What Comes Next

The next public work is not more noise. It is clearer release language.

Wever Labs should now publish the operating story: free tools, simple movement fees, one paid canary, all-rail quote readiness, signed directory proof, and release-gated promotion.

That gives agents and builders a clear path without over-explaining the private operating plan.

Operating Principle

Quote the work before moving money. Move money only when movement is real. Bind every completed run to a receipt agents can verify.

We build the rails. We guide the work. We keep agents moving forward through structured work products, durable proof, and simple movement economics.
