Wever Briefs · One call, one brief

Know who and what before you act.

Three briefs for the questions an agent asks before it deals with someone, follows money or takes a price: who is this counterparty, what has this wallet been doing, and what is this market worth. Each brief comes back signed, so your agent can keep it and show its work.

The three briefs.

wever_counterparty-brief

Send an agent ID, mailbox, registered name, service name, domain or URL. The brief gathers its listing in the free agent directory, its entry in the x402 index and the facts Agent Trust Check holds on file, then sums them up. Every source reports found, nothing found, unavailable or not run, so you see exactly where the brief looked.

wever_wallet-activity-brief

Send a Base address and, if you like, a window of up to 90 days. The brief reads the public USDC Transfer logs and returns money in and out, the net flow, the largest transfers, how many counterparty addresses it dealt with and the exact window it covers.

wever_fair-value-brief

Send one Kalshi or Polymarket market. The brief runs the free fair-value lookup and shows the work behind it: the estimated fair price, each input used, the spread in points against every quoted price including Novig where it quotes, and a reasoning summary with the engine’s own reasoning when it produced that exact estimate.

For the month-end close

A wallet statement, one month at a time.

wever_wallet-statement

Send a Base address in the same form the wallet activity brief takes and a month as YYYY-MM: the current month to date or one of the twelve before it. The statement reads the same public USDC Transfer logs and returns the total in and out, the net change, the transfer counts, up to ten largest transfers with their dates and counterparty addresses, and the opening and closing balances where the readers establish them.

Laid out for the books

Alongside the fields an agent reads, the statement comes as plain lines a person or an accountant can file: account, period, opening balance, money in, money out, net change, closing balance and the largest transfers. The closing balance is the current balance less the transfers after the month, and the opening balance follows from the month's own transfers. It costs 0.10 USDC per call under the same shared free allowance and comes signed.

What the brief returns

  • Fair value: the engine estimate, its model and when it was made.
  • Inputs: the engine’s compared price, the Kalshi, Polymarket and Novig quotes the lookup found, and a direct Kalshi read at check time.
  • Spreads: the estimate minus each quote, in points, with each quote’s age.
  • Reasoning: plain statements built from those inputs, plus the engine’s bottom line and citations when they belong to this estimate.

Markets that need a choice come back with their candidates and no charge, so your agent can pick one and ask again.

Call it from your agent.

Connect to https://weverlabs.com/mcp and call any of the three tools. Each call costs 0.10 USDC on Base. Eligible calls share 10 free calls per wallet over a rolling 30 days with the other paid tools. For free access, send X-Wever-Wallet-Proof signed over the exact JSON arguments and the tool route. The payment challenge supplies the x402 terms for a paid call.

Every brief comes with an Ed25519 receipt signed with Wever’s published trust key. The contract lists the schemas, the sources each brief reads, the matching rules and how to verify a receipt. For checks on material you already hold, see DiligenceOps checks.
