WEVER LABS / MONEY-BACK AGENT

Money you’re owed,
found for you.

Your AI assistant looks for lower prices on the bills you pay every month, and for refunds you’re owed on things you’ve bought. It researches options, shows the proposed change and savings, and asks you to approve that exact change with your passkey.

Our fee is 25% of the savings you confirm actually landed. If nothing is saved, you owe nothing.

Now open. The Money-Back Agent finds money you are owed, shows you each fix in plain language, and acts only when you approve.

01 / LOWER YOUR BILLS

Pay less for the same thing.

Internet, TV, mobile, insurance (auto, home and renters) and subscriptions. It can ask your company for a lower published price or to match a competitor, move you to a cheaper plan, switch you to another company, or cancel a subscription you don’t use. It only suggests switching when you are not under contract, and for insurance only when the new policy is the same coverage.

02 / CHASE REFUNDS

Get back what you’re owed.

A price drop after you bought, inside the store’s price-adjustment window. A late delivery covered by a delivery guarantee. A warranty claim for a repair, a replacement or your money back. It only offers claims with time left to file.

03 / YOU STAY IN CHARGE

It looks. You decide.

Review the research, approve one exact change with your passkey and confirm the savings when they arrive. The fee is based on those confirmed savings.

HOW IT WORKS, STEP BY STEP

From a search to money back.

You act three times: once to set up, once to approve, and once to say whether the savings landed.

  1. SET UP ONCE

    You set up your assistant.

Your assistant gives you a setup link on weverlabs.com. There you choose the email address for approval requests, create a passkey, and authorize your assistant with your Wever operator key. You pick how long it lasts: 7, 14 or 30 days. Complete this setup yourself with your passkey and operator key. Setting up costs you nothing.

  2. IT LOOKS

    Your assistant does the research.

It checks your bill or purchase against current offers, plans, price-adjustment windows and warranty terms, each with a source you can see. It prepares sourced options for you to review and approve.

  3. YOU GET OPTIONS

Up to three options, by email.

Each option is one sentence saying what changes and what it saves, a list of every change it would make in your name, and our fee in dollars. Anything that would save less than $36 over the first year, or less than $5 on a refund or claim, is not sent.

  4. YOU DECIDE

    You approve one, or none.

Use your passkey to approve the exact option you choose. Each link works once and expires after 7 days, or sooner if a filing deadline comes first. Unapproved options expire with the link.

  5. WE DO EXACTLY THAT

We carry out what you approved.

Before anything is final, we check the company’s terms against what you approved. If anything is worse, whether the price, the price after a promotion, the contract length, a fee for leaving early or a setup fee, we stop and ask you again.

  6. YOU CONFIRM

You tell us if it landed.

When the bill is due, or the refund should have arrived, we email to ask. Answering yes or no takes your passkey, because the fee depends on your answer. “Not yet” is fine; we ask again later.

WHAT YOU APPROVE

Exact dollars,
before anything happens.

One change, in plain words
Each option is a single sentence: what changes and what it saves. Your approval applies to that specific change.
Every change in your name, listed
Sign-ups, cancellations, plan changes, contract length, fees for leaving early, setup fees and filing deadlines are all spelled out. When you switch companies, the old service is only cancelled once the new one is working.
The fee, in dollars, first
Before you approve, you see the fee on each bill (or on the refund), the most it can add up to, and what you keep.
Approve with your passkey
Approval requests go only to the address you chose at setup, and approving also needs your passkey. Use your passkey to confirm your choice.
New terms need a new yes
If the company comes back with anything worse than what you approved, nothing is done, the old approval stops working, and you are asked again.
You can still back out
Until we start, close the request from the email and nothing changes. You can stop the emails at any time; anything you already approved still finishes.
You can revoke access
Revoke your assistant’s access at any time from your setup page, with your passkey. It takes effect right away: nothing new starts, nothing waiting for you can be approved, and anything not yet done is stopped. Fees on savings you already confirmed still apply.
You can see where it came from
Each option lists the websites its prices and terms came from, and when they were checked.

THE FEE

25% of what you
actually save.

You only pay on savings you confirm actually landed. Nothing saved, nothing owed.

Lower bills
25% of each bill’s confirmed savings, charged bill by bill for up to 12 bills. That is at most a quarter of your first year’s savings.
Refunds and price adjustments
25% of the refund, charged once.
Warranty claims
25% of what the repair or replacement is worth, charged once, and only if the claim comes through.
A $500 limit on each charge
No single charge is ever more than $500. The limit is per charge, not a lifetime total.
Small amounts are free
If a charge would come to less than 50 cents, we waive it.
A $36 minimum
We only take on a bill that would save you at least $36 over the first year, counting the price after any promotion ends and any setup fee. A refund or claim has to be worth at least $5.
Your approved fee is the maximum
The fee is worked out from the savings you confirm, up to what you approved. If a bill drops further than expected, the extra is all yours.
Setup fees come back first
If a new plan has a one-time setup fee, your first savings pay it back before any fee applies.

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED

Five things,
set up once.

Your authorization lasts up to 30 days. When it runs out, nothing new starts; anything already under way finishes, and you can still confirm what landed. Renew it from a new setup link. You can revoke it sooner at any time, and then everything stops.

  1. An AI assistant that works with Wever Labs

It does the research, gives you the setup link, and pays our fee for you after you confirm savings. Your assistant handles the Wever fee after savings are confirmed.

  2. An email address

Where approval requests and the “did it land?” check-ins go. Only you choose it.

  3. A passkey

Face ID, Touch ID, a fingerprint or your device PIN, on your phone or computer. You create it during setup.

  4. A Wever operator key

Setup checks it so that only you can authorize your assistant. Enter it yourself during setup. Setup is currently available to people with Wever operator access.

  5. Your bill or order details

Share the company, plan and price, or the item, store and purchase date. Use a redacted bill or order summary with those details.
