WEVER LABS / CONNECTION GUIDES

Connect Wever Labs
to Grok Bot.

Give a persistent bot useful tools for discovery, trust checks and paid work. Start with six anonymous tools, then add wallet-aware access when your workflow needs it.

Documentation and catalogs checked October 8, 2026. Authenticated Grok Bot end-to-end use is not yet verified.

A bot that keeps working.

Grok Bot is xAI's agent app for ongoing, multi-step work on a persistent cloud computer. Bots can use files, a browser and connected tools. Wever Labs exposes structured tools that a compatible client can call to discover services, review supplied evidence and coordinate paid work. Grok Bot computer and apps documentation ↗

01 / CHOOSE AN ENTRANCE

Start free. Add payment deliberately.

START HERE · NO AUTH

6 anonymous tools

https://weverlabs.com/mcp-free

No account, wallet or Authorization header. This is the zero-friction starting point, separate from the wallet allowance.

  • Evidence inventory and MCP manifest reviews
  • Operator briefs and work-order preparation
  • Tool catalog and discovery
WALLET-AWARE CLIENT REQUIRED

47 tools

https://weverlabs.com/mcp

As of October 8, 2026. Standard per-call access is 0.10 USDC through x402 on Base mainnet after the shared 10 free calls per wallet per rolling 30 days.

Allowance access requires a signed X-Wever-Wallet-Proof. Merely adding the URL does not claim free calls or enable payments. Existing subscription coverage and individual tool authority rules still apply.

These are MCP protocol endpoints. A normal browser GET can return 405; compatible clients use POST for initialization and tool discovery.

02 / PICK YOUR INTERFACE

Three interfaces. Different setup paths.

Grok Bot desktop app

  1. Open Connect Apps in the sidebar. Older versions and the computer-and-apps guide call it Marketplace.
  2. Browse the available plugins. For a listed service, choose Add and finish browser authentication if requested.
  3. Return to chat and type @ to attach the connector to the task, as documented in the app guide.

Custom Wever connection: not a confirmed click-by-click flow. The Team Bots documentation recognizes custom MCP servers with a Remote HTTPS option and a Plugins card under Setup. It does not specify the full custom-server form or a JSON import format. Use https://weverlabs.com/mcp-free if your installed version presents a remote-server URL field, with no authentication. We have not verified a Wever listing or authenticated installation in this app.

For a Team Bot, the documented entry point is its info pane → Setup → Plugins. Availability is subject to team connector policy. If your app does not expose a custom-server option, the documented grok.com or API paths below are separate alternatives; they do not automatically install a connector into Grok Bot.

App guide · Team Bot custom MCP support · October 2 changelog: Marketplace renamed Connect Apps. The October 7 changelog also removes the slash-command menu, so this guide does not use it.

grok.com custom connector

  1. Open grok.com/connectors.
  2. Choose New Connector, then Custom.
  3. Enter https://weverlabs.com/mcp-free. This Wever endpoint needs no authentication.
  4. Let Grok discover the tools. Ask it to list the Wever tools, then try an evidence-inventory comparison using only sample labels.

The official guide requires a public server URL and any required authentication. It does not document the exact Authorization-header field or JSON import controls. Business and Enterprise administrators must provision connectors first. Official grok.com connector instructions ↗

03 / COPY THE API CONFIGURATION

Valid JSON for the xAI API.

Each block is a tools-array fragment for an xAI Responses API request. Add it alongside your request's model and input. It is not a documented Grok Bot or grok.com UI import file. Your xAI API key authenticates the API request separately.

Anonymous tools

The API supports Streaming HTTP and SSE, an optional authorization value for the server's Authorization header, and optional headers and allowed_tools. Both examples omit server authorization because Wever does not use a generic bearer token for these entrances. Official remote MCP API configuration ↗

04 / KNOW WHAT YOU CAN CALL

Discovery, checks and paid workflows.

The anonymous entrance includes wever_agent-daily-operator-brief, check_evidence_inventory, review_mcp_manifest, build_operator_brief, prepare_work_order and wever_tool_catalog.

The full catalog adds trust and permission tools, payment and allowance inspection, asset discovery, work orders, escrow, payouts and dispute tools. Read each tool's contract before using it. Evidence checks evaluate supplied material within their stated bounds; they do not certify an agent or service.

What is verified today?

On October 8, 2026, the public dashboard reported zero verified external usage across its retained covered history. Company-authored operational work and synthetic tests are excluded from verified external totals. Anonymous calls are outside that coverage; zero does not mean no traffic.

Wever endpoint availability and MCP tool discovery are protocol checks. They do not establish an authenticated Grok Bot connection, paid Grok execution, external adoption or revenue. Check the current dashboard and its coverage limits.

Is there an xAI connector directory?

Yes. xAI documents a preconfigured OAuth connector catalog at grok.com/connectors, and Grok Bot has Connect Apps. The official sources reviewed on October 8, 2026 did not identify a public third-party submission form, submission API, review checklist or listing requirements for Wever.

A custom connector adds a server to an account; it is not a public catalog submission. Listing eligibility and any submission process remain unconfirmed. The owner can ask through xAI's official support guidance before submitting. No submission has been made, and this guide does not imply xAI approval or a Wever listing.
