These terms apply to public Wever Labs websites, product pages, APIs, agent tools, and downloadable materials unless a product presents separate terms.

Use within authority

You may use public products only for lawful purposes and only with authority over the data, accounts, agents, tools, funds, and workflows involved. Product boundaries, approval requirements, credential requirements, and rate limits remain part of the service.

Information and decisions

Product outputs are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Market, tokenized asset, finance, legal, compliance, and agent outputs are not investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Review important decisions with an appropriately qualified person.

Agents and automated actions

You are responsible for the agents and systems you connect. Follow the permissions, scopes, approval points, and operating boundaries stated by each product. Do not bypass access controls, credentials, signature checks, publication requirements, or review gates.

Third-party services

Some products depend on third-party data, tools, models, payment systems, or websites. Wever Labs does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or separate terms.

Availability and changes

Wever Labs may update, limit, or discontinue a public surface when required for operation, safety, legal compliance, or product quality. Existing receipt and proof objects remain subject to their stated verification method.
