Agreement and scope

These terms govern your use of weverlabs.com and the public Wever Pay testnet interfaces linked from it. By accessing or using them, you agree to these terms. If you use them for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Separate terms may apply to Market Thesis AI, Tokenization Atlas, external agent services, or future commercial offerings.

Testnet-only service

Wever Pay currently operates on Base Sepolia testnet with test USDC. Mainnet and real-money activity are not active.

Testnet assets are intended for development and verification and may have no value. Do not send real funds, mainnet assets, private keys, seed phrases, or production credentials to any Wever Pay testnet address, endpoint, form, or support channel.

The system may be changed, reset, suspended, or discontinued as testnet infrastructure evolves. Testnet transactions and records may remain publicly visible even after the service changes.

Agents, credentials, and authority

You are responsible for the agents, clients, credentials, wallets, mandates, budgets, service inputs, and policies you control. Protected economic tools require a valid bearer credential and an owner-signed standing mandate. Possession of a credential does not expand the authority in a mandate.

You must keep credentials and signing material secure, revoke authority that should no longer apply, and independently inspect offers, prices, network identifiers, evidence requirements, and verification results before acting.

Acceptable use

You may use public discovery and verification interfaces for legitimate development, testing, interoperability, and evaluation. You may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to protected tools, infrastructure, credentials, signing material, or private records.
  • Bypass mandate, authentication, replay, duplicate-effect, rate, security, or settlement controls.
  • Submit malware, unlawful material, deceptive identity claims, or data you do not have the right to process.
  • Misrepresent synthetic, internal, or unclassified activity as independent adoption or customer use.
  • Use the testnet as a production financial service, money transmitter, custody product, or source of investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
  • Interfere with availability or burden the service with abusive automated traffic.

Receipts and evidence

Signed manifests, evidence bundles, receipts, ledger records, and Commerce Index entries help parties verify that defined events and checks belong to the same recorded outcome. They do not guarantee that a service is suitable for your purpose, that external facts are complete, or that a legal or commercial obligation has been satisfied.

You should run independent verification, preserve the exact artifacts you rely on, and evaluate unresolved or degraded states. A missing, stale, invalid, or mismatched proof must not be treated as verified.

Third-party systems

The website and testnet link to or interact with infrastructure operated by third parties, including Netlify, Cloudflare, Base Sepolia participants, Coinbase Developer Platform services, Blockscout, the MCP Registry, and external product sites. Wever Labs does not control their availability, content, or terms.

Your use of an external service is governed by its own terms and policies.

Content and intellectual property

Wever Labs and its licensors retain rights in the website, product names, design, software, documentation, and original content. Public machine-readable specifications and artifacts may include their own notices or licenses. These terms do not grant rights to use Wever Labs names or marks in a way that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership.

Availability and changes

The website and testnet are provided on an as-available basis for development and evaluation. We may modify interfaces, tools, limits, evidence formats, providers, policies, or availability to improve security, integrity, compatibility, or operations.

We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect users, infrastructure, evidence integrity, or legal compliance.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Wever Labs makes no warranty that the website or testnet will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for your own agents, decisions, integrations, backups, verification, and use of public testnet data.

Wever Labs is not responsible for lost testnet assets, public blockchain immutability, third-party outages, unsupported clients, agent actions outside valid authority, or decisions made without independent verification.

Questions and support

Questions about these terms and suspected vulnerabilities may be sent to hello@weverlabs.com. For technical support, use weverlabs.com/support.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated date identifies the current version.
